Experience fantastic Stag and Hen Adventure activities on the River Wye, choose from a range of activities, stay in an authentic TIPI tent for overnight accommodation and experience our delicious DIY BBQ deliveries making for a perfect stag or hen party weekend to remember.
We offer a choice of exhilarating River Wye canoeing & kayaking trips and fun packed outdoor activity sessions. Choose from a half-day, full day, weekend of activities. We take care of everything, we'll set up Tipis and Bell tents for overnight accommodation and adventure packed activities for your party, choose our onsite DIY BBQ delivery service or bring your own food & drink to Camp. Our location is just a stone throw away from Monmouth Town which offers lots of pubs & restaurants to choose from. Our Activity and Tipi Camp (the Tipi Meadows) site is large enough to allow groups to be well spaced out and your field would only have other celebrating adult Stag & Hen groups onsite.

Check in to a great camp setup pitched especially for your group, magnificent hand made tipis and cosy bell tents for the whole weekend, we set them up in a circle with a central campfire and wooden benches around the campfire. Your pitch will feel like your very own mini festival village!
We offer a SIMPLE tent setup option, where the tipi and bell tents are furnished with coir matting and sheepskins and sleep 5 people. The other option is the COMFORT tent setup, these tents come with coir matting, sheepskins, you get 1 TIPI tent as a dedicated communal area with yoga chairs / solar lanterns and bell tents sleeping 5 people each including thick Vango Comfort 7.5 sleeping mats .
There is a parking area at the end of the site, many groups like to meet there on a Friday afternoon then depart either Sunday morning by 12 or after activities on the Sunday. You do need to vacate the tipis before Sunday activities. There is lots more info on the tipi page.

Choose from a variety of activities including canoeing trips: on a daily basis we deliver full day, short full day (1100 start) or half day trips. Other great activities for larger groups are Raft-building, Stand Up Paddle boarding, Orienteering and Archery as everyone is involved together and these can be run from our Tipi Meadows base. Or why not explore further afield and participate in Mountain Biking, Rock climbing/Abseiling or an Adventure Walk which are delivered from a range of locations in the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley.

Stag or Hen Campsite DIY BBQs
We can help with feeding your stag or hen group with our fantastic DIY BBQ delivery service, we provide BBQ equipment and great quality locally sourced food and deliver it to you at your Camping pitch at the Adventure River Tipi Meadows for when you need it! Our BBQ Packs include a selection of local meat fresh from our award winning butcher in Monmouth 'Neil Powells', including marinated pork kebabs, a labeled variety of sausages, steak burgers along with bread fresh from the bakers, salad garnish, cheese slices, sauces and condiments.
Our Adventure River Campsite BBQ breakfast setup includes butchers bacon rashers, chipolatas, fresh bread rolls, tea, coffee, milk, sugar. We have a range of large gas BBQs to suit all group sizes and provide the following with our DIY BBQ services; BBQ utensils, plates, cutlery, cups, fire kettle, rubbish bags and hand washing station.
We provide Campsite evening BBQ packages and you can add in a BBQ breakfast for the morning after too. You can have this service as many evenings as you choose.
