Canoeing The River Wye Corporate Team Building Activity Days

Guided short day canoe trip on the River Wye with pub lunch stop

The River Wye above Monmouth is stunning and canoeing it as a guided group is a great way to bring everyone together, having some fun, enjoying each others company and the surroundings. Classic trip times are 11:30 -16:00 including a riverside pub lunch stop in Symonds Yat before the thrills and occasional spills of running the famous Symonds Yat rapids, we can also do shorter afternoon trips to Redbrook or Whitebrook to suit. Raft Building On The River Wye Corporate Team Building Activity Days

Corporate Team - Raft-Building

This has every element you could want to get people working together, it is fun, competitive, strategic, and requires a team to work together to win, it's usually the underdogs who do! We have a lovely field site next to Dixton Church in Monmouth where you can spend a half day trying your hand at raft building and testing the water, session times are 9:30-12:30 or 13:30-16:30, or in the summer months you could try a late afternoon/early evening session. Our deadicated Tipi Meadow is setup for adult social groups, you have plenty of space from any other groups if you haven't got the whole site, you'll have your own camp fire area and all your tipis and bell tents arranged in a circle just for your group, they come with coir matting, sheepskins, sleeping mats and yoga chairs. Outside you will have your DIY BBQ delivery of local produce, an outdoor canvas shelter with picnic tables and a fire pit with benches around, there have been many great parties and some fantastic dancing. Operation Welshcake - 1 Day Mini Team-challenge event

This is a great one day event, small teams of 6-8 members must find their way around the forest to the abseil and down the river completing mini challenges and finding stashes which help towards the overall goal, the resources required for this are evident in the title, succeed in gaining all the ingredients and the recipe and your confidence should be high. The day finishes around the fire in a beautiful riverside setting where teams are required to present their final campfire cooked outcomes of the day to our resident judging panel to pick the winner. This involves canoeing, abseiling, navigating, walking and team work. This day is always a hit.
