Booking Terms & Conditions
Canoe hire, Trips and Courses; 50% Deposit payable 14 days prior to booking.
Group, corporate activity events; 25% Deposit payable 14 days prior to booking.
Balance is payable prior to activity.
Safety and enjoyment guidelines must be adhered to, if we cancel your activity for non-compliance no refund is payable.
Cancellation more than 21 days prior to activity = £0 charge
Cancellation, 5-20 days prior to activity = £10 charge (admin)
Cancellation, 0-4 days prior to activity = Full charge (lost business)
Activities cancelled by us due to dangerous weather/conditions we will re-schedule or refund.
We reserve the right to cancel a course where minimum numbers of participants are not met in which case an alternative date or full refund will be made available.
Debit card transactions are free.
Credit card transactions are charged £2, or if over £100 2%.
Corporate Credit card transactions are charged at 5%
