'Away from it All' - Half day canoe trip
Half day or evening socials are also an option with a selection of short stretches of river in the Wye valley to choose from, featuring some famous watering holes. 'Relax and Enjoy' - Full day canoe trip
Adventure River has many years worth of experience with all different groups in the outdoor environment and this day is guaranteed good value, accessible to all, social, fun, challenging, and by the very nature of the canoe, team building, a few other challenges may be added to suit the group, fantastic scenery, pub lunch, professional guiding. when contacting us please have a date and numbers in mind.
'Inspire each other' - Canoe Team-building day
This day utilises the canoe as a natural team building machine as well as being great fun in the river environment. Canoe skills and maneuvers will be developed incorporating accurate communication giving and receiving, planning and forward thinking and sometimes an added bit of surprise pressure. New bonds, friends and points of view.
This day is delivered over a several mile canoe trip down a fantastic stretch of river, it is possible to stop at a riverside pub for lunch or you may pack lunch into watertight storage in the canoes. Accompanying guides are safe, professional and inspiring.
'Absolute Reward' - Sociable team-building 2 day canoe camping trip
This Group team building weekend is a great journey, again it utilises the canoe as a natural team building machine as well as being great fun in the river environment. Canoe skills and maneuvers will be developed incorporating accurate communication giving and receiving, planning and forward thinking and sometimes an added bit of surprise pressure.
Over the two day trip there is time to get to know each other, relax, develop, enjoy scenery, wildlife, sun and a riverside refreshment. Accommodation may be camping or B&B along the way, belongings stowed in the canoes. Accompanying guides are safe, professional and inspiring.
'Operation Welshcake.TM' - 1 Day Mini Team-challenge event
This is a great fun event, where small teams of 6-8 members must find their way around the forest completing challenges to complete the overall mission as well as possible, the resources required for this are self explanatory, find the ingredients and the recipe, put it all together quickly and efficiently whilst testing individual limits with canoeing, abseiling, navigating, walking and team work. The day finishes around the fire in a beautiful riverside setting.
'Hamburger Forest.TM' - 1 Day Mini Team-challenge event
A day of fun, survival and maybe some trade, incorporating walking and problem solving along the banks of the beautiful River Wye and up into the Forest of Dean. The day hopefully finishes with a big bbq on the river bank, as long as you find the food!
